In light of the impact of COVID-19 on travel, Vietnam Airlines will extend the membership of Lotusmiles Platinum, Gold, and Titanium members who are ineligible to keep their membership from the March 1 to December 31, 2020 as follows:
– Granting 12 additional months since the time of downgrade for members who are missing from one to two qualifying flights or up to 1,000 qualifying miles;
– Granting six additional months since the time of downgrade for the remaining cases (applicable for members with at least one qualifying flight during the qualifying period).
