This May, Vietnam Airlines introduces another authentic Vietnamese dish to its in-flight menu.
Rice with fried pork and aubergine, a Vietnamese favorite, will be available in May in Economy Class on flights lasting over 1 hour and 30 minutes. Aubergine and tender cuts of pork belly are blended with cool perilla mint and flavorful spring onion for a unique and irresistible taste sensation.

The dish is not only delicious but nutritious, and offers a true taste of home for travelers high up in the clouds.
